VINCI Construction Acquires Bradshaw Construction Corp.

Soletanche Bachy, a subsidiary of VINCI Construction, announces its acquisition of Bradshaw Construction Corp.

Founded 60 years ago, Bradshaw Construction operates along the east coast of the United States, from Florida to Maine and from Colorado to Texas. From its headquarters in Eldersburg, Maryland, the company now employs approximately 50 people. Bradshaw Construction generates an annual revenue of $30 million.

The company is a leading contractor in microtunnelling in hard rock. Bradshaw Construction provides state-of the-art tunnel building techniques using tunnel supports and pipe jacking. It owns and operates an extensive fleet of heavy and underground construction equipment. This enables the company to cover the range of diameters common in the North American market.

The acquisition further solidifies Soletanche Bachy’s strong local presence in the United States. This includes its subsidiaries Nicholson Construction, Hub Foundation, Bessac Inc. and Soletanche Bachy International Inc.

of a world leading contractor in foundations and underground work, especially with respect to equipment
design, EXEGY low-carbon materials, integrated engineering and R&D.
