Christina Coen Joins USG Water Solutions

Effective Sept. 1, Christina Coen joins USG Water Solutions as the company’s new CEO. Coen succeeds John Flaugher, who is transitioning to a strategic advisory role.

USG Water Solutions is a water utility services provider specializing in storage tanks, plant rehabilitation, metering and distribution systems.

Coen joins USG Water from UPL Corp. There, she most recently served as chief transformation officer, research and development and sustainability lead. Previously she was chief marketing officer with global profit and loss responsibility for a multi-billion-dollar portfolio. Earlier in her career, she held senior leadership roles at Nalco Water (an Ecolab Company), FMC Corp. and Dow Chemical. Her career spans research and development, transformation, marketing and commercial leadership across the agricultural and specialty chemicals sectors.

Coen holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Michigan State University and a Master of Business Administration from Northwood University.
