Michael Byrne Mfg. Grows its Service Team

Michael Byrne Mfg. announces the addition of Jeremy Harrah to lead its service team. Harrah is a seasoned field service professional whose background combines military service with extensive experience in the trenchless construction industry.
A native of Akron, Ohio, and a 1998 graduate of Kenmore High School, Harrah began his career in the United States Navy as an Engineman. During his 13 years of service, he completed six deployments, including three tours in Iraq with Riverine Squadron 1.
In this high-demand role, he developed strong mechanical, hydraulic, and operational skills while demonstrating leadership and discipline, ultimately achieving the rank of Petty Officer First Class before concluding his service in 2011.
Following his military career, Jeremy transitioned into the trenchless industry, beginning with The Robbins Co. There, he spent eight years as a field service technician and hydraulic assembler. He later joined American Augers, serving another eight years as an auger boring field technician. In that role he supported customers in the field with equipment operation, troubleshooting and performance optimization across a wide range of job sites.
Harrah’s combination of hands-on technical expertise and customer-focused approach has earned him a strong reputation throughout the industry. He now brings that experience to Michael Byrne Mfg. This role further strengthens the company’s commitment to supporting customers with knowledgeable and reliable field personnel.
Harrah has been married to his wife, Connie, since 2004, and they have a son, Jacob, a recent graduate of Norton High School.
