ECI Contracting Strengthens Infrastructure Leadership Team

Two recent leadership promotions within the Ellingson Companies’ infrastructure business, ECI Contracting, reinforce its focus on operational excellence, project execution and long-term growth.

Rob Hotz, P.E. is now the vice president of horizontal directional drilling (HDD), where he will lead HDD work across the organization. In this expanded role, Hotz will help consolidate HDD operations, create greater flexibility across teams, and support continued operational synergies. He will also continue leading ECI’s Trenchless division, bringing his experience and leadership to complex drilling projects across the company.

Ellingson also announced the promotion of Jeff Saucier to vice president of major projects. In this role, Saucier will lead a team dedicated to supporting large-volume, high-risk, and multi-scope projects across the organization. This group will serve as a shared resource to help manage complex, multifaceted projects and ensure strong coordination from planning through execution.
