No-Dig North 2026 Preview – Heading to Calgary
Annual Canada-Focused Trenchless Extravaganza Returns to Calgary
For the first time since the event’s inception No-Dig North returns to the TELUS Convention Centre in the heart of Calgary.
Since its start in 2019, No-Dig North has established itself as the go-to trenchless event in Canada. The North American Society for Trenchless Technology (NASTT) and its three Canadian chapters organize No-Dig North. No-Dig North is Nov. 2-4.
“Having a strong Canadian presence is an important part of NASTT’s mission, and No-Dig North gives us another opportunity to support trenchless education, innovation, and connections across the industry,” says Kim Hanson, NASTT executive director. “The growth we’ve seen at the show each year has been incredible, and I love seeing it bring together trenchless professionals from across North America to learn from one another and build relationships.”
Welcome to Calgary
The trenchless discussions begin Nov. 2 with a slate of NASTT Good Practices courses. The day closes with a two-hour networking reception with exhibitors in the exhibit hall.
The official kick-off of No-Dig North is Nov. 3 with the breakfast and keynote address followed by a day of technical sessions and networking in the exhibit hall. This year, organizers compiled five tracks covering a variety of topics from inspection, condition assessment, rehabilitation and new installation to industry-related trends, issues and concerns. Nov. 4 features technical sessions and networking opportunities in the hall.
Attendees should pln to stick around until the end of the day Nov. 4. That’s when NASTT’s Canadian Chapters – British Columbia, Northwest and Great Lakes, St. Lawrence & Atlantic – host chapter meetings.
“Plan to attend the Annual General Meeting for your respective Canadian NASTT Chapter,” says Craig Pass, No-Dig North Technical Committee Chair. “The GLSA, NW and BC chapters will convene their AGMs at NDN and give updates on the past year and plans for the next. It is a great place to network and find out more about opportunities to participate in your regional chapter.”

Nov. 3 – Trenchless Roundup (offsite at The Guild)
The Trenchless Roundup brings the industry together for an unforgettable evening of conversation, connection and Calgary hospitality.
Enjoy handcrafted cocktails, chef-inspired food stations, and a lively atmosphere designed for building new relationships and catching up with familiar faces. This is the perfect opportunity to expand your network beyond the conference floor. Attendees must purchase a seperate ticket for the event.
“Even prior to the current political uncertainty, some of our members or attendees could not travel outside of the country,” says Pass. “I would say that it [No-Dig North] has had a positive impact, which is reflected in the attendance growth. Like the conference, the trenchless sector in Canada has continued to grow. This is reflected in our technical presentations that showcase Canadian projects that apply the latest technologies and innovations in trenchless technology.”
