Top Ditch Witch Dealerships, Individuals Recognized for Superior Customer Service, Support and Dedication

David Ponder, of Ditch Witch of Georgia, is the 2016 Harold Chesnutt Award winner. Ditch Witch, a Charles Machine Works Company, recently announced the award, as well as the recipients of its Service and Support Leadership Award and Top 10 Dealerships.

The winners were recognized for demonstrating the highest level of product support and service throughout 2016.

The 2016 Harold Chesnutt Award is presented annually to the parts manager in the worldwide Ditch Witch dealer network who best exemplifies the enthusiasm, creativity, product expertise and customer dedication Harold Chesnutt brought to his profession for more than 30 years. As the parts manager overseeing a three-location dealership, Ponder has dedicated himself to building a successful team of parts pros, and has helped his department accomplish a 40 percent growth in sales over the last three years.

Recognized for his leadership and support to both customers and fellow employees, Darrell Feist of Ditch Witch of North Dakota was presented the 2016 Superior Service and Support Leadership Award. This annual award is presented to a Ditch Witch dealership service manager in recognition of superior leadership, and who promotes the highest level of product support to his customers and colleagues – emphasizing the organization’s core philosophy, “We’re In This Together.”

The organization also announced the top 10 Ditch Witch dealerships that excelled in providing superior service and ongoing support for customers worldwide in 2016.
