ISCO Industries Announces New Corporate HQ in Louisville

ISCO Industries is investing in a new corporate headquarters in Louisville. This marks another significant investment in the company’s future and its continued commitment to Kentucky.

Founded in Louisville more than 60 years ago, ISCO has grown into one of North America’s leading providers of HDPE piping solutions.

The new headquarters at 13550 Triton Park Blvd. in Louisville’s East End, provides the space and flexibility needed to support ISCO’s future. It also creates a permanent home for the company’s corporate headquarters. The company expects to transition into the facility during the first half of 2027.

“We’ve always believed in investing in the future of ISCO,” said Mark Kirchdorfer, president of ISCO Industries. “This new headquarters gives us a place to call our own and a floor plan that reflects the way our teams work together every day. It supports the collaboration, problem-solving, and customer focus that have always been central to ISCO’s success while positioning us for continued growth right here in Louisville.”

ISCO has called downtown Louisville home for many years and remains appreciative of its time in the city’s urban core. The new headquarters provides a workspace environment uniquely suited to the way ISCO works while keeping the company firmly rooted in Louisville.

The headquarters purchase is the latest example of ISCO’s ongoing investment in Kentucky. Recent investments include a new 110,000-square-foot manufacturing and distribution facility in Louisville’s Riverport area, as well as continued support of community initiatives such as the ISCO Championship, a PGA TOUR event that generates economic impact and international exposure for the region.
