Product Showcase – Tulsa Rig Iron Introduces New MCS-700 Mud Recycling System
Tulsa Rig Iron announces the release of its newest mud recycling system, the MCS-700. The new system is a powerful, compact solution. It is specifically designed for 160,000 through 250,000 class horizontal directional drills equipped with onboard high pressure mud pumps.
The addition of the MCS-700 rounds out Tulsa Rig Iron’s mud recycling system offerings. The company provides solutions for HDD rigs ranging from 40,000 lbs all the way up to 1 million plus pounds.
Featuring 700 GPM of continuous cleaning capacity and up to 1,000 GPM maximum capacity, the MCS-700 delivers serious solids-control performance. It also maintains a relatively compact footprint. At approximately 44 ft in length and 52,000 lbs., the system is designed to provide high volume cleaning capability while remaining suitable for jobsites where space is at a premium.
For contractors requiring additional pumping capacity, the MCS-700 can also be paired with an off-board, skid mounted high pressure mud pump. This creates a complete mud mixing, cleaning and pumping powerhouse for demanding HDD applications.
