Product Showcase – Vactor JetRight Technology

JetRight Technology is a new patented technology from Vactor Mfg. The pressure management system enables operators to set a target pressure the unit will not exceed regardless of throttle settings.
“JetRight Technology is another way the Vactor team is helping customers enhance efficiency and safety,” says David Brockman, Vactor product manager. “Maintaining the proper pressure when jetting is crucial, and this technology simplifies that process.”
JetRight Technology is especially handy in cases where pressure should be limited when jetting. For example, that would be useful for sewer lines in disrepair. It also helps when hydro excavating and needing to maintain a certain pressure near a utility.
Available on the 2100i, JetRight Technology allows operators to pull more vacuum for demanding jobs while still maintaining consistent water pressure. This protects infrastructure while also helping to reduce the risk of hydraulic overheating from water going over reliefs.
The intuitive, user-friendly controls align with Vactor’s IntuiTouch control panel that combine cleaning system functions into one control panel. The water pump is controlled hydraulically and features Vactor’s Multi-Flow System enabling adjustments of water flow and pressure on demand.
“As with many of our combination sewer cleaners, the JetRight Technology can be customized to meet various flow and pressure ratings,” says Brockman. “JetRight Technology helps simplify operation and reduces guesswork, so operators can focus on the job at hand without worrying about exceeding pressure parameters.”
