Lateral Repairs - IMS Member Company

Lateral Repairs Joins IMS Trenchless Member Companies

Lateral Repairs, an international manufacturer of cured-in-place pipe (CIPP) felt liners is now an IMS Trenchless member company. The member companies are IMS Trenchless, Amex Sanivar, Polypipe, Resinnovation, Kardiam and Hurricane Trenchless Technology.

Lateral Repairs develops and manufactures high-quality felt liners for CIPP applications at its production facility in Lithuania. It supplies its solutions to international markets. Resin systems and additional components complement its portfolio. All are key to the efficient and reliable trenchless rehabilitation of pipeline infrastructure. The company has established a strong reputation for quality, flexibility and responsiveness in demanding project environments.

A key strength of Lateral Repairs lies in its close alignment with customer requirements. Under the continuous leadership of Drew Holland, the company combines extensive industry experience with a deep understanding of on-site application challenges. As a result, solutions are not only technically reliable but also practical, adaptable and focused on efficient installation and long-term performance.

“The market is clearly moving towards integrated solutions, and this step positions us exactly there. Lateral Repairs adds strong liner expertise to the group, and together we can offer a complete system approach. I’m personally looking forward to what we can build together” says Holland.

The addition of Lateral Repairs represents a targeted expansion of existing competencies. While the group companies contribute extensive experience in the development and production of machine technologies and resin systems, Lateral Repairs adds dedicated expertise in liner design, production and performance within CIPP applications. This complementary setup enables a more comprehensive and closely aligned system approach.

For customers, this means access to solutions where equipment, materials and application processes are increasingly coordinated within one company. The result is reduced interface complexity and improved reliability in project execution. Solutions are also more precisely tailored to real-world requirements. In addition, the strengthened collaboration enhances responsiveness and supports the ongoing development of practical, field-proven technologies.

The partnership reinforces the shared commitment to quality, innovation and customer-oriented development.
