Jacobs Associates Expands Trenchless Capabilities

Jacobs Associates, a San Francisco–based tunnel engineering firm, acquired one of the branch offices of GeoEngineers Inc. The new office is located in Walnut Creek and will expand the firm’s reach to the East Bay, as well as increase the expertise and experience of its trenchless and geotechnical engineering departments. The new office also includes a soil testing laboratory. With the expansion, Jacobs Associates is excited to add five new employees to the firm, increasing our total staff worldwide to 190. Walnut Creek is Jacobs Associates tenth office and complements its corporate office in San Francisco.
