Arcand, Ramsey Promoted to Utility Engineering and Surveying Leadership Roles at Cardno

Cardno announced the promotion of Lawrence Arcand, P.Eng., to Utility Engineering and Surveying (UES) Area Manager and Robert Ramsey, PE, to UES West Business Unit Manager.

 

In his new position, Arcand will lead business planning, client service, and technology advances, and project management for Cardno’s United States UES business as well as Cardno’s Canadian subsidiary T2 Utility Engineering, where he will continue in his role as president of T2ue.

As President of T2ue, Arcand has helped build the company into a leading provider of Subsurface Utility Engineering and Utility Coordination services for a wide range of clients across Canada. In his new role, he will leverage this success across North America.

Ramsey has been with Cardno since 2015 and has more than 14 years of civil engineering, subsurface utility engineering, surveying, and construction experience. He is a registered Civil Engineer with in-depth experience in residential and commercial developments and utility and roadway infrastructure design projects. In his new role, Ramsey will lead the implementation of the Western USA’s Utility Engineering and Surveying growth and client service.
