Technicore Underground Corp. Acquired by Capital Infrastructure Group

On June 27, Vaughan, Ontario-based Capital Infrastructure Group announced a major acquisition that adds key underground infrastructure installation capabilities to its already robust portfolio.

Effective June 24, Capital Infrastructure Group (CIG) successfully completed the acquisition of all outstanding shares and assets of Technicore Underground Inc. (TUI) and its divisions; Technicore Underground Corp. (TUC), Ewing Fabricators 1845 Inc. (EFI) and TecMix inc. (TMI).
