Helix Kapital Partners with Sacpro AB

Sacpro AB, the Sweden-based producer and supplier of relining technology and training for trenchless pipe rehabilitation for inside buildings, announced that it received an investment from Helix Kapital.

The company’s founder and management will together with Helix accelerate Sacpro’s growth, with a focus on the Nordics and the United States.

Helix Kapital is a growth-oriented investment firm investing in smaller private companies, primarily in the Nordics. Helix looks for businesses with proven and profitable business models in industries that are supported by long-term growth trends.

Sacpro is a leading provider and manufacturer of products and equipment for trenchless pipe rehabilitation for buildings. The company has established industry-renowned brands through which it markets a complete range of relining equipment and materials.

Their own-developed product offering is complemented with products from leading international suppliers as well as training for installers. Customers are primarily pipe rehabilitation installation and service companies with projects in residential and commercial buildings in the Nordics and the United States.

The company has 26 employees and operates today through Sacpro AB and its Finnish subsidiary Sacpro Oy.
