With the 2020 Trenchless Technology Road Show on the horizon, the Centre for Advancement of Trenchless Technologies (CATT) and Benjamin Media have made the decision to postpone the event.
The show was set to take place May 19-21 at the Scotiabank Convention Centre. On March 16, the Scotiabank Convention Centre announced on its website the following statement:
Following the Province of Ontario’s recommendation to immediately suspend all gatherings over 250 people, events scheduled for the immediate future will not proceed until further notice.
Subsequent to this announcement by Scotiabank Convention Centre, the Province of Ontario has recommended the suspension of gatherings of more than 50 people.

Because the 2020 Trenchless Technology Road Show is in the immediate future and it would have attracted more than 250 attendees, CATT and Benjamin Media (publisher of Trenchless Technology Canada and Trenchless Technology) have proactively decided, that there is no choice, but to postpone the 2020 Trenchless Technology Road Show to a future date.
“This decision has been made for the safety of the public, event exhibitors, attendees, and personnel and to ensure that we host the best possible industry event,” said the event’s organizers. “CATT and Benjamin Media would like to thank all Trenchless Technology Road Show sponsors, exhibitors and program speakers for what was shaping up to be our biggest and best event to date. We ask for your patience as we work through our next steps.”
