TTC Offering Mini-Seminars as Part of Fall Trenchless Technology Course

Trenchless Technology Center LogoThe Trenchless Technology Center (TTC) at Louisiana Tech University recently launched a series of mini seminars focused on the trenchless industry in conjunction with its annual fall trenchless technology course.

The trenchless technology course at Louisiana Tech University is offered under TTC Director Dr. Tom Iseley’s supervision each fall quarter for the students in Civil and Construction Engineering Technology. The course objective is to prepare students to demonstrate sound engineering judgment for managing the construction, repair, and maintenance of underground infrastructures.

The foremost experts in the trenchless technology industry will instruct these seminars and TTC will provide complimentary registration for students, faculty and staff at Louisiana Tech University and also contractors, consulting engineers, public utility personnel managers, foremen and equipment manufacturers.

The seminars started Sept. 15 with pilot tube microtunnelling featuring guest speaker(s) Jeff Boschert, president, National Clay Pipe Institute and Troy Stokes, international sales manager, Akkerman.

The remaining seminars take place from 10-11:50 a.m. and cover:
