Strother Joins HDR
Britta Strother has joined HDR’s Water & Natural Resources business group as the Environmental Sciences & Planning business class director. She is based in HDR’s Denver office.
For the past six years Strother has worked for the South Metro Water Supply Authority in Greenwood Village, Colo., most recently as a water resources project manager.
In that role, Strother coordinated future operational needs by participating in and developing plans for renewable water, necessary facilities and annual budget preparations. She also was the lead manager in infrastructure development projects and represented SWMSA members in negotiations for water rights and infrastructure.
She also served as the authority’s interim executive director, managing all daily operations and overseeing all employees of SMWSA, including seven consulting firms and associated contracts.
