SAK Construction Adds Two to Business Team

SAK Construction, a national pipeline rehabilitation and tunneling services contractor headquartered in the St. Louis area, has added Gerald Addington and Cary Shaw to its management and business development and marketing team.
SAK provides specialized, high-demand services ranging from large diameter tunneling to the full spectrum of current trenchless or “no dig” technologies, including CIPP (cured-in-place pipe) pipeline rehabilitation.
Addington has been named general manager of SAK’s Central Rehabilitation Division. Addington has previously held several senior management positions in the water, underground pipeline and power industries, and brings to SAK more than 30 years of industry experience. He has managed business units, some of which exceeded $100 million in annual revenue, across the U.S. Addington has completed graduate courses toward a master of science degree in engineering administration and holds a bachelor of science degree from the University of Tennessee in Knoxville.
Shaw joins SAK’s business development and marketing team as business development leader for the firm’s spiral wound PVC pipe renewal division. Shaw served more than 17 years in the construction industry as business development leader in the commercial/residential area and has developed several commercial and residential land tracts. He holds a bachelor of arts degree in business administration from Benedictine College in Atchison, Kan. Shaw is a member of the Association of General Contractors of America.
