Publisher’s Message – Share Your Trenchless Expertise
Last month, I had the opportunity to attend the No-Dig North Show kick-off breakfast and listen to the keynote presentation by Toronto Water general manager Lou Di Gironimo.
As someone who oversees a water, wastewater and stormwater system that delivers services to more than 3.5 million residents and businesses, Lou had a great deal of insight, experience and knowledge to share with the audience of trenchless project stakeholders.
In addition to Lou, countless other industry professionals from all perspectives take the time to share their experiences and knowledge through conference presentations, magazine articles and case studies, etc. It’s this type of information sharing that helps encourage collaboration among all perspectives and advance the industry.

Have you Heard of CUIIC?
CUIIC stands for Canadian Underground Infrastructure Innovation Centre and is a newly established research and education center focused on important issues of underground infrastructure. By fostering collaboration across domains and forming together interdisciplinary research teams, CUIIC aims to drive innovation and lower the risks associated with underground construction.
