Prosser Appointed American Augers’ North American Sales Manager

American Augers, a leading manufacturer of auger boring machines, horizontal directional drills mud pumps and cleaning systems and oil and gas vertical rigs, announced the promotion of Rich Prosser to North American sales manager. He will be responsible for supervising the North American sales team as well as the overall presence of American Augers throughout the region.

“Prosser has been a key part of our success and we’re thrilled to promote him to this important position,” said Dan Sharpe, vice president of sales and marketing for American Augers. “Rich has many years of service and dedication to the American Augers product line and customer base. He is well respected both inside and outside of American Augers,” Sharpe stated.

Prosser was the American Augers territory manager for the Northern United States and Canada for the past 13 years. He possesses 28 years of experience in the utility construction industry and extensive know-how in trenchless applications. In addition, Prosser set a new a sales record for American Augers in 2008 that still stands today and was also the top salesperson most of the last 13 years. He is also the American Augers representative at DCA, PLCA, PCCA, and PLCAC association meetings.
