LMK Technologies, Veolia ES Industrial Services Reach Licensing Agreement

LMK Technologies has announced the signing of a North American licensing agreement between LMK and Veolia ES Industrial Services. According to a press release, Veolia ES Industrial Services is licensed to utilize LMK’s intellectual assets for use in the installation of Performance Liner CIPP Lateral, CIPP Sectional, CIP Manhole, Vac-A-Tee and T-Liner systems.

Veolia ES Industrial Services is a business unit of Veolia Environmental Services North America, whose ultimate parent is Veolia Environment (VE). With operations in water, waste, energy and transportation management, VE has more than 313,000 employees in 74 countries and recorded revenues of almost $50 billion in 2009.

Management at Veolia ES Industrial Services recently began looking for innovative and long lasting trenchless sanitary sewer rehabilitation technology, the latest move in a continuing effort to expand their sanitary sewer inspection and cleaning division. This search led to LMK Technologies, whose proprietary trenchless methods provided the best solutions to Veolia’s goals for penetrating an ever-emerging market, the press release said.
