LMK Resolves Infringement Lawsuit

In May 2005, LMK Enterprises Inc. filed suit against Nu Flow Technologies2000 Inc., Nu Flow America Inc. and Video Pipe Services Inc. for infringement ofU.S. Patent No. 6,105,619 (the â619 patent). The parties have now resolved theirdispute, according to a press release from LMK Enterprises.
Nu Flow and Video Pipe have acknowledged the validity of the 619 patent andthat the process for installing Nu Flowâs Lateral Connection Liner (âLCLâ), theonly product at issue in the lawsuit, is covered by the patent, the releasesaid. LMK and Nu Flow are investigating a potential business relationshipconcerning the lining of lateral sewer pipes and the junction between the mainsewer and the lateral pipe.
