Downley Consultants Opens Office in UAE

Downley Consultants, one of the leading international consulting engineers specializing in trenchless technology, has opened an office in UAE to serve the GCC region. The UAE office is a joint venture with Faiz Alelweet Engineering Consulting Office (FAE) of Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, and will provide high-value engineering capability to the region’s water and wastewater utilities and operators in inspection, condition assessment, rehabilitation and asset management of water and wastewater networks throughout the region.

The range of capabilities of the joint venture ranges from sophisticated acoustic, electrical and electromagnetic inspection techniques through condition assessment based on the inspection data to development of asset management solutions including trenchless rehabilitation or replacement. Its experience encompasses the full range of inspection techniques used worldwide, as well as the full range of trenchless rehabilitation and replacement technologies and this experience enables the company to provide its clients with realistic and cost-effective solutions to network performance problems.

FAE is an engineering consultancy located in Riyadh and an acknowledged leader in water and wastewater networks in the region. Alongside its sister company, International Aramoon Co. Ltd, it has become one of the most innovative companies in the field of leak detection, asset management, pipeline inspection and rehabilitation, serving this region for more than 25 years.
