Benjamin Media & Westrade Group Named to Sell Exhibit Space at 2012 Brazilian No-Dig

The International Society’s 29th annual Conference and Exhibition, hosted by the Brazil Society for Trenchless Technology (ABRATT), will be held in Saõ Paulo Nov. 12-14, 2012.

ABRATT has announced the appointment of Benjamin Media Inc. and Westrade Group Ltd. as joint sales agents for bookings made by companies located outside Brazil. Benjamin Media will sell exhibition space in North America, while Westrade Group will sell to all other international companies.

Commenting on the appointment, ABRATT president Paulo Dequech stated, “I am delighted that we have agreed terms with Benjamin Media Inc. (BMI) and Westrade. Their combined experience in the trenchless technology market is second to none in the worldwide field of trenchless technology.  We look forward to working together to bring a truly international exhibition to Brazil in 2012.”

Benjamin Media, publisher of Trenchless Technology magazine, has organized the NASTT No-Dig Shows in North America since 2001, which has included two ISTT International No-Dig Shows in Las Vegas and Toronto. Additionally, BMI has more than 15 years of experience producing Trenchless Road Shows, seminars and construction equipment competitions. “This is the first ever International No-Dig in South America, and we are extremely excited in being a big part of this event,” said BMI president Bernie Krzys, who is also the publisher of Trenchless Technology.

U.K.-based Westrade Group’s 26 years experience is unrivaled, as organizers of the first ever international No-Dig exhibition in London in 1985. In addition to continuing biennial shows in the United Kingdom, the company expanded into overseas markets 10 years later with TRENCHLESS ASIA 95 held in Singapore. Subsequently, it has also successfully staged events in Hong Kong and Shanghai. TRENCHLESS MIDDLE EAST has also been held in Cairo, Dubai and Abu Dhabi. Westrade also organized the ISTT’s most recent 2010 International No-Dig Show in Singapore.
