
Aegion Corp. Acquires Environmental Techniques
Aegion Corp. announced the acquisition of Environmental Techniques Ltd., a specialist in trenchless services throughout the United Kingdom and Ireland. This acquisition also included Environmental Techniques four strategic locations in Dublin, Lisburn, Wakefield and Livingston.
With 25 years of experience and a market leader in cured-in-place pipe (CIPP), Environmental Techniques also offers high-tech capabilities in CCTV monitoring and sonar mapping. Their technologies and services will be an extension of and are complementary to the trenchless municipal pipeline rehabilitation offerings of Aegion’s operations in Wellingborough. The operations will continue to be managed by Shauna Herron (Ireland and Scotland) and Mark Neal (England and the Channel Islands).
