ACQUISITIONS: Reynolds Acquires W. L. Hailey & Co.

Orleans, Indiana-based Reynolds Inc., a Layne Christensen Co. (Nasq: Layn), recently announced the acquisition of W. L. Hailey and Co., Nashville, Tenn.

Hailey was founded in 1925 and has been an industry leader focused on water and wastewater construction, primarily in the Southeast. Hailey also specializes in marine construction, as well as hard rock and soft ground tunneling.

This acquisition will complement the Reynolds activities in the Midwest, Southeast and the Rocky Mountain states.
