ACKNOWLEDGEMENTS
The Washington Suburban Sanitary District would like to acknowledge key personnel involved with its large-diameter PCCP inspection and repair program, which was the 2009 Trenchless Technology Project of the Year winner for Rehabilitation. Nathan Leshner, Lee Geenwald, David Alexander and Mike Porter of WSSC and Edward Padewski of Openaka were instrumental in the development and execution of the program. WSSC would also like to thank all members who have participated in the project over the years, including WSSC’s Infrastructure Group and Customer Care.
Also, in the Madison Avenue Water Main Rehabilitation Project that was awarded Honorable Mention in Rehabilitation, the New York City Department of Design and Construction was the overall designer.
