Vermeer International, SiteTec Announce Alliance
Vermeer International B.V., a wholly owned subsidiary of Vermeer Mfg. Co.,has entered into a strategic alliance with SiteTec HDD Equipment B.V., amanufacturer of HDD mud mixing, recycling and pumping equipment, toexclusively distribute these products through the Vermeer Internationaldealership network in Europe, the Middle East, Africa and India.
VermeerInternational will handle all aspects of distribution and marketing forSiteTec products that fit the Vermeer range of HDD machines. SiteTec will handleall aspects of manufacturing, field support and warranty for the co-brandedequipment.
Both companies’ decision to enter into this mutually beneficial
relationship largely stems from the desire to provide a one-stop solution tocustomers in the underground industry by combining Vermeer HDD machines andSiteTec’s drilling fluid solutions.
