NASTT will present and recognize its Hall of Fame Class of 2019 (Maynard Akkerman, Akkerman Inc.; Chris Macey, AECOM; and Robert “Bob” Westphal, Michels Corp.) as well as the Chair’s Award for Outstanding Lifetime Service, the Trent Ralston Award for Young Trenchless Achievement and the Joseph L.
