Sheila Joy
Sheila is executive director of NASSCO since 2018 but worked with the organizations for more than a decade before that, serving as its marketing arm. She has expanded NASSCO is many ways, growing its membership and has been a vocal advocate for the industry.
Lynn Osborn
Lynn recently retired from the industry he had been a part of for over 40 years. His career at Insituform spanned over 30 years, stepping away in 2014 and became a consultant worked with several associations, such NASSCO and ASCE Pipelines.
Michelle Beason
Michelle is Regional manager for National Plant Services and does all condition assessment, pipe cleaning and trenchless rehab for both sewer stormwater pipes. Her passion is getting inside the sewers and is active in NASSCO. She been in the industry for 32 years.
