April 1, 2008Hatch Mott MacDonald (HMM) recently announced that it has acquired Rail Technology Inc. (RTI), a railroad and rail transit specialty firm located in Sacramento, Calif.
RTI has extensive experience providing consulting services to rail and transit clients across North America. RTI’s services include planning, engineering, design, inspection, project management, operations analysis, risk analysis and rail contract administration and negotiation.

The integration of RTI’s staff and skills will solidify and extend Hatch Mott MacDonald’s credentials in this expanding part of our transportation business,” said Peter Cipolla, national leader for Hatch Mott MacDonald’s Rail and Rail Transit practice.
