The Charles Machine Works Inc. (CMW), manufacturer of Ditch Witch underground construction equipment, recently announced that it has acquired 100 percent ownership of HammerHead Trenchless Equipment, manufactured by Earth Tool Co. LLC (ETC) of Oconomowoc, Wis., according to a press release.
This acquisition makes ETC a wholly owned subsidiary of CMW. Hammerhead is a global leader in the design and manufacture of piercing tools, bursting systems, pneumatic hammers and horizontal directional drill tooling.
