Aries Industries Names New Board of Director Members

Aries Industries has announced that John M. Silseth and Nicholas P. Wahl have joined the Board of Directors of Aries Industries, Inc.



John Silseth is the president of Antietam LLC, a private investment firm located in Milwaukee. Additionally, Silseth is a co-owner in a number of Wisconsin-based enterprises including wholesale building products distributor, bird seed manufacturer and grass  seed  mix  producer  Prince  Corp.;  a  second  wholesale  building  products distributor named Prince Building Corp.; transportation services company ESW LLC; livestock feed additive producer ACG Products; and specialty seating company TranquilEase LLC. Currently, Silseth is the director of the Lutheran Social Services Wisconsin & Upper Michigan Foundation and serves on their audit committee, sits on the board for United Lutheran Program of the Aging, is chairman and a director of the Luther Manor Foundation, chairman of First Business Bank and a director for First Business Financial Services, Inc., chairman of World Presidents’ Organization Central US Region, and a member of the Marquette Golden Angel Network.

 



Nicholas P. Wahl was appointed as the firm’s president and managing partner of Godfrey & Kahn S.C. in January 2011. While Wahl is responsible for the overall strategic direction and operation of the firm, he also continues to maintain a broad-based practice focused on mergers and acquisitions, general corporate advice and real estate matters. Wahl is active in the Greater Milwaukee Committee, the Association for Corporate Growth (ACG), Marquette University Law School – Advisory Board, University of Wisconsin Law School – Board of Visitors, Village of Fox Point – Police Commissioner and Milwaukee Repertory Theater – Board of Directors.
