Utility Services & Consulting Group Gets N.M. Project to Locate Utlities

Geospatial Holdings, Inc. (OTCBB: GSPH) announced Nov. 20 that the company, through its wholly-owned subsidiary Utility Services and Consulting Corp. (USCC), has entered into a three year contract with Xcel Energy Services, Inc. (Xcel), a wholly-owned subsidiary of Xcel Energy, Inc. (NYSE: XEL) to provide utility locating services throughout the state of New Mexico.

Work on this three-year, unit-price contract is scheduled to begin immediately. Mark A. Smith, Geospatial’s CEO stated, “This contract should provide Geospatial with more than $800,000 of revenue over the life of the contract.”

Dennis Dickinson, president of Utility Services and Consulting Corp., stated that “We are delighted that we continue to grow rapidly since joining the Geospatial team.
