PIM Corp. President Joins NSBA Leadership Council

Torielli, is a recognized leader in the small business community and he joins the Leadership Council alongside other small business advocates from across the country as they work to promote the interest of small business to policymakers in Washington D. C.

As a small business owner, I see daily the importance of being involved and active when it comes to laws and regulations,” Torielli said. “Joining NSBA’s Leadership Council will enable me to take our collective small business message to the people that need to hear it most: Congress.”

Torielli has worked his worked his entire career in the utility industry, He is an executive with more than 35 years of experience in the natural gas, potable water and wastewater industries.

His company, PIM Corp., formed in the mid 1980s introduced trenchless technologies, such as pipe bursting, pipe splitting and tight-fit polyethylene lining to the pressure pipeline market to the United States. These technologies enabled underground pipeline owners the ability to replace pipelines with a minimum of disruption, at a fraction of the cost, while providing social benefits to customers,

Torielli joined the NSBA Leadership Council as part of his efforts to tackle the many critical issues facing small business, including tax reform, regulatory restraints, health care costs and how the Affordable Care Act will impact small business. The Leadership Council is focused on providing valuable networking between small business advocates from across the country while ensuring small business has a seat at the table as Congress and regulators take up key small business proposals.
