He currently serves as COWI senior vice president where he oversees the operation, growth and development of the tunneling and trenchless practice. Miller officially started his career in 1973 at Miller Pipeline, an Ohio company started by his uncle and father in 1953. Unofficially, he had already been working at Miller Pipeline sweeping the floors and performing other chores after school. Miller Pipeline would not be the company it is today and many leaders within Miller Pipeline would not be where they are today without Kevin Miller’s 50 years dedicated to the advancement of trenchless technology.
