The North American Society for Trenchless Technology (NASTT) announced its 2023 NASTT Hall of Fame inductees – Steven R. Kramer, P.E., FASCE, senior vice president, Tunnel, COWI and Kevin Miller, senior advisor, Miller Pipeline Corp.
Kramer has 38 years of experience in engineering/construction and research and development serving the infrastructure industry. He currently serves as COWI senior vice president where he oversees the operation, growth and development of the tunneling and trenchless practice. He is recognized as a pioneer and leader in the underground and trenchless industry. Kramer is the 2004 Trenchless Technology Person of the Year and a member of the Trenchless Technology Editorial Advisory Board.
Miller officially started his career in 1973 at Miller Pipeline, an Ohio company started by his uncle and father in 1953. Unofficially, he had already been working at Miller Pipeline sweeping the floors and performing other chores after school. Miller Pipeline would not be the company it is today and many leaders within Miller Pipeline would not be where they are today without Kevin Miller’s 50 years dedicated to the advancement of trenchless technology.

Kramer and Miller will be officially honored at the Casino Royale on May 2 at the NASTT No-Dig Show in Portland, Oregon. For more information on the show and how you can attend to celebrate this year’s inductees, visit nodigshow.com.
The NASTT Board of Directors began the Hall of Fame to ensure that the society’s most outstanding and praiseworthy members received due recognition. The inductees are nominated by their peers and a volunteer committee of industry leaders chooses the class.
