Kleinfelder Purchases SEA Consultants

Kleinfelder, a California science and engineering firm, has bought SEA Consultants, a Massachusetts architectural, planning, environmental and engineering firm. SEA has about 20 employees in Rocky Hill, according to the Hartford Courant.
The CEO of SEA Consultants, Anthony Zuena, will be in charge of the transition, with SEA Consultants becoming part of Kleinfelder’s eastern regional division, and then will stay on as a leader in water and wastewater business.
