De Pau Joins LAN’s Large Diameter Pipeline Group

Lockwood, Andrews & Newnam, Inc. (LAN) has announced it has hired Emmanuel De Pau, P.E., LEED AP as senior project manager for Houston’s large diameter pipeline group. De Pau, who has 23 years of experience with water transmission projects, will be responsible for the design, execution and quality control of large diameter pipeline projects throughout the region. He recently assisted North Fort Bend Water Authority with the routing, easement acquisition and construction of approximately 30 miles of surface water transmission lines as well as large diameter pipeline projects associated with the City of Houston’s surface water transmission program.
“Our clients in the Houston area regard Manny as an experienced project manager with a strong technical understanding of pipeline design,” said LAN regional manager Leisa Nelson. “With our firm working on a number of large-scale water transmission projects throughout the region, his expertise will be invaluable to our clients.”
A licensed engineer in the state of Texas and a LEED-accredited professional, De Pau holds a master’s degree in business administration from the University of Houston-Victoria, and a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from the University of Texas.
