Daniel Boyle Engineering to Merge with Psomas
Psomas, Los Angeles, has announced the signing of a letter of intent to mergewith Daniel Boyle Engineering Inc.
“This merger is in alignment with our strategic objective of continued growthin the water market,” said Steven Winchester, Psomas vice president and head ofthe company’s water division. “Our combined companies will be able to offer aunique combination of design skills and services to better serve our clients.”
The merger is expected to close in October 2006 at which time Daniel BoyleEngineering will begin operating as DBE Psomas. California-based Daniel BoyleEngineering has spent more than two decades offering a comprehensive array ofservices for potable water, recycled water, wastewater, storm water and aquaticanimal life support systems.
