Vermeer Awarded General Services Administration Contract

Vermeer Mfg. Co., a leading manufacturer of industrial and agriculturalequipment, has been awarded a five-year General Services Administration (GSA)contract that allows its dealers to tender bids to several government agencies,including municipalities.
Under this contract, all Vermeer-manufactured trenchless, trencher andcompact equipment is approved for sale to qualified GSA organizations that aretendering bids for equipment. “This is a growing market, and Vermeer offers afull line of products through GSA to assist government agencies andmunicipalities with underground projects,” said Jay Sunderman, senior globalaccount manager for Vermeer.
