UESI Pipelines 2023 Conference Heads to San Antonio
ASCE’s Utility Engineering & Surveying Institute (UESI) is looking forward to welcoming attendees to the Pipelines 2023 Conference at the San Antonio Marriott Rivercenter in San Antonio, Texas Aug. 12-16.
The Pipelines 2023 Conference, with its theme of “Advancing Solutions for Resilient and Sustainable Infrastructure and Asset Management,” is the premier forum for pipeline engineers and practitioners from all around the world to share their experiences and gain valuable knowledge related to planning, designing, constructing, renewing, operating, managing and maintaining pipeline assets.

Co-chairs for the 2023 event are Mark Mihm, P.E., M.ASCE, CDT, ENV SP, senior engineer, Dallas Water Utilities; and Andrea L.H. Beymer, P.E., vice president engineering and construction, San Antonio Water System. Mihm and Beymer, the UESI staff and a group of dedicated Program Committee volunteers work diligently to assemble a top-notch technical program, workshops and recreational and technical opportunities, to make this a must-attend event.
The Pipelines Conference has become the conference of choice for utility and pipeline owners, design and consulting engineers, contractors, manufacturers, suppliers, students, educators, researchers and pipeline professionals.
