Tulsa Rig Iron recently announced promotions within its sales department at their global headquarters in Kiefer, Oklahoma.

President Trevor Young appointed Mike Sadler to vice president of sales. Sadler, a 12-year veteran of the company, will head up their outside sales efforts in North America.

Terry Flynn is now the director of sales and marketing and will oversee the inside sales and parts sales efforts, along with all marketing functions of the company.

According to Young, these adjustments were necessary to accommodate growth in business due to the recent expansion of their manufacturing facility, and the rollout of new product offerings.

As reported in September 2014, the expansion doubled the Tulsa Rig Iron production facility size to more than 100,000 sq ft. The new state-of-the-art facility sits on 20 acres in Kiefer, Okla., just outside of Glenpool and houses a blast-and-paint booth, bake oven, along with other cutting-edge manufacturing technology, allowing the company to manufacture multiples of its 53-ft maxi systems at once.

Since 1987, Tulsa Rig Iron has manufactured products for the HDD, oilfield, and water well drilling industries. Their specialties are mud mixing and recycling systems, triplex mud pumps, and hydrostatic testing units.
