Psomas Adds Sr. Project Manager

Psomas, a consulting engineering firm that specializes in the transportation, water and land development markets in the western United States, recently announced the addition of Dave Powell as senior project manager on the Northern California Water Team.
Powell has 26 years of diverse experience working with private and public clients in the water industry. His many notable accomplishments span the fields of potable water treatment and distribution, wastewater collection and treatment, recycled water treatment and distribution, hydroelectric generation and re-licensing and innovative power conservation.
