Battisti Joins Primes Resins as General Manager

Peter Battisti is the new general manager and vice president of business development for Prime Resins Inc., a manufacturer of infrastructure repair chemicals.

Battisti oversees day-to-day operations of Prime Resins and is focused on accelerating the company’s steady year-over-year growth.

Adding Peter’s diversified business experience and track record of growth to our management team is a great benefit.”

Battisti is a veteran of the industrial chemical business with more than 30 years’ experience. He served most recently as general manager and vice president of business development for Chemence Inc., whose brands include Rubex, Ritelock (since sold to 3M), AnaSeal, Krylex, KwikFix, HammerTite, Liquid Skin and others. He served a previous term with Chemence (1989-1992) as the first employee of the U.K. company’s expansion into the United States. He grew the business to include three manufacturing locations in two sites with more than 200 employees.

Between those stints with Chemence he established a new division selling industrial adhesives and sealants for ND Industries (Cleveland, Ohio). He also served as international sales manager and then vice president of sales for Truloc Limited and Truloc Inc. in Cleveland and Dublin, Ireland, respectively.
