SewperCoat is a technological breakthrough in cementitious material designed specifically for the municipal wastewater industry to provide a structural, abrasion and corrosion-resistant, protective lining against biogenic corrosion relative to hydrogen sulfide (H2S) found in wastewater environments. The unique mineralogy of SewperCoat is the key to its ultimate performance. Both the cement and aggregate in SewperCoat are 100 percent pure fused calcium aluminate. This provides a level of protection that other CA based mortars with a natural aggregate system simply cannot achieve. SewperCoat is used throughout the world for rehabilitating structures such as manholes, wet wells, lift stations, pipe networks, and treatment plant structures. In addition, SewperCoat is also used to line new structures where corrosion protection is necessary from day one. For structure applications, SewperCoat can be applied by either the low-pressure, wet-spray process or the high-velocity, dry-gunite method. LMK TECHNOLOGIES
LMK’s T-Liner, which is a one-piece main to lateral connection system with Insignia hydrophilic gasket sealing technology, is fully compliant with ASTM F2561. The full circle CIPP mainline portion creates a 50 year structural repair while the lateral portion simultaneously renews the lateral up to 150 ft. T-Liner uses ASTM F3240 compliant Insignia O-ring gaskets at the lateral termination and a connection hat, both made of hydrophilic rubber, at the main-to-lateral connection, creating a long-term water-tight seal to match the structural life. This system can be installed with either polyester or epoxy resin in lined or unlined mainlines. All of LMK main-to-lateral connections systems are installed by licensed, trained and independent contractors who make a significant investment to ensure successful installations are achieved. LOGIBALL
Logiball manufactures a complete line of test and seal packers for the trenchless rehabilitation of collection systems. Our lateral packers are used around the world by specialty contractors and municipalities to stop infiltration at lateral connections and in lateral joints all from the mainline sewer access as far as 30 ft from the mainline. Chemical grout is pumped through the packer and forced out through existing pipe defects to seal and stabilize the soil around the injection points preventing washout of backfill fines into the sewer and sealing off infiltration. As a means to curtail common issues such as odour complaints, continuing corrosion, and high maintenance costs, MTA Messtechnik is introducing the SP 1000 interior manhole protector. Installed in the manhole’s bottom area, gasses are confined yet rainwater entering through the manhole cover can flow into the sewer system in a controlled manner via a self-opening ball valve. The ventilation valve can include an optional carbon filter. The patent pending, specifically developed, cover is made of durable, acid and alkali resistant PE material. The unique folding system enables easy access and installation. Although the MTA SP 1000 is practically maintenance free, it can be removed via the preassembled transport handles and easily be cleaned.
