Metcalf to Lead Earth Tool Co.

Effective Jan. 14, Brian Metcalf has been promoted by the board of directors to the position of president and CEO of Earth Tool Co., manufacturer of Hammerhead products, of Oconomowoc, Wis.

Metcalf has been employed at Earth Tool in the position of vice president of international sales and business development since April 2007.

Prior to his service at Earth Tool Co., Metcalf held a number of management positions at Vermeer Mfg. Co., including vice president of sales and marketing, and at Pella Corp. His experience also includes roles in a number of Vermeer dealerships in Tennessee, California and Pennsylvania. He holds a degree in accounting from Drake University.

There have been other changes in Earth Tool management. Payce Reynolds has assumed the role of senior vice president of operations and Herb Quigley has been appointed product manager, plumbing market, and director of Latin American sales.
