Int’l No-Dig & Wasser Berlin Int’l Join Forces in 2011
Two forces combine in Berlin in May 2011 as Wasser Berlin International and International No-Dig Berlin will be held in conjunction of each other. Sharing the same space at Messe Berlin’s Exhibition Grounds, attendees will have the opportunity to see the latest in water and wastewater and trenchless technology. Both shows will run May 2-5.
The integration will include the 29th International No-Dig as one of the leading events of Wasser Berlin International with experts in the industry presenting a variety of papers related to the application of trenchless technology as conduits of drinking water, wastewater, gas, heating, telecommunications and electricity.
Wasser Berlin International 2011 is home to a trade fair and congress. The trade fair will showcase a number of pertinent themes, products and services relevant to the water and wastewater industry on the exhibition floor. Four-fifths of exhibitors regularly present innovations or updated versions of existing products, according to a Wasser Berlin International fact sheet. The congress is a forum for industry experts to discuss water-related issues and solutions. Another section of the German show is tailored for students. WASsERLEBEN brings in students from schools in Berlin and Brandenburg to show them the importance of water. The students also demonstrate how they deal with water-related topics in the classroom.
Wasser Berlin International, a biennial show, welcomed 34,000 attendees from 27 different countries and presented 704 exhibitors on the showroom floor. This year, International NO DIG Berlin 2011 is expecting visitors from all seven continents, making the conglomerate a truly international event.
