Business Briefs: Mr. Rooter on Entrepreneur Magazine’s “Franchise 500” List

The Mr. Rooter Corp. continues to climb the rankings of Entrepreneur magazine’s “Franchise 500” list. Mr. Rooter sits at No. 147, which is 12 spots higher than last year’s ranking. Known as the world’s first, best and most comprehensive list of franchises, the magazine bases its rankings on financial strength and stability, growth rate and size of the system.
The magazine also listed Mr. Rooter as No. 36 on the Top Home Based Franchises list and No.115 on the Top Global Franchises list.

Established in 1970, Mr. Rooter is the largest all-franchised, full-service plumbing and drain cleaning company in the world with approximately 300 franchises worldwide.
