Azuria Water Solutions Adds Waterline Renewal Technologies to its Roster
Azuria Water Solutions announces that its portfolio of trenchless rehab solutions is growing with the acquisition of Waterline Renewal Technologies.
Based in Ottawa, Illinois, the Waterline Renewal Technologies portfolio of companies deliver advanced infrastructure rehabilitation solutions. They do so through a nationwide distribution network.
The company’s suite of engineered products and equipment is used in the trenchless rehabilitation of wastewater and stormwater infrastructure. These products serve residential, municipal, commercial and industrial applications. The company’s products are made in the United States under its flagship brands. These include Perma-Liner Industries, LMK Technologies, LightRay and APM.
The addition significantly expands Azuria’s product portfolio. Specifically, Perma-Liner and LMK add traditional cured in place pipe (CIPP) solutions for lateral lining in the residential and municipal markets, respectively. Moreover, Waterline’s market-leading LightRay adds UV curing technology for lateral lining. LMK and APM add seals and mortars for the municipal wastewater and stormwater markets.
The Waterline Renewal Technologies teams will remain on board to help drive growth and expand excellence in product development and service delivery.
The company was part of Behrman Capital, a private equity firm, which acquired Waterline Renewal Technologies and its member companies in 2019 from Triwater Holdings.
