Azuria Acquires Leak Eliminators LLC

Azuria Water Solutions Inc., announced its acquisition of Lexington, Kentucky-based Leak Eliminators LLC, which will now operate as part of Insituform, an Azuria Water Solutions portfolio company.

Leak Eliminators was founded in 1999 and delivers sanitary sewer and storm pipe rehabilitation and specializes in major point repairs, cured-in-place pipe (CIPP) and trenchless technology in northeastern Kentucky. In 2018 it was acquired by Bruce Whitaker the former general manager with support from Doug Mitchell and Brett Setzer. The company is the trusted underground water rehabilitation service provider for the cities of Lexington and Georgetown.

Leak Eliminators employees and facilities will remain in place in Kentucky for the foreseeable future.
